** NEW!!!  This year we are using a new ticketing system and the registration is combined with the Ropeless Consortium registration, so please note that the date at the top of the event lists Monday, October 20 however when you choose your ticket type you will see the dates for each meeting listed. You may register for both meetings at the same time if you choose to.

Please note that the system is set to accept one registration per person at a time. If you are registering multiple people, each will have to be individually registered.  Please email Kara Mahoney Robinson to assist with large group registrations.**

Refund policy: Registration for the 2025 Annual Meeting is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should we pivot to a fully virtual meeting, the cost difference between the two participation formats will be credited to the registrant's 2026 meeting registration.

Registration fees include access to presentations, session Q&A panels, and potentially breakout room meets. Additionally, in person registration fees include daily coffee and lunch as well as an evening reception on Wednesday, October 22.
